About ME
Müge teaches how yoga and mindfulness can enrich your life to anyone seeking a journey back home to themselves and looking for joy in their lives.
I was born in Ankara and grew up in İzmit. I live in Istanbul with my husband and daughter. I pursued my undergraduate education in Food Engineering at METU, then I did my MBA at METU, I embarked on a 15-year journey in the food industry. Initially, the challenges and opportunities in this fast-paced sector captivated me. However, as the years passed, I began to realize how the frantic pace of corporate life eroded individuals' authentic selves and their connections with each other. I started searching for an inner journey back home. In 2015, I first encountered the teachings of Tara Brach and Kristin Neff.
One evening, sitting alone at home, I felt an overwhelming sense of fatigue and emptiness. The responsibilities of work and home were taking a toll on me.
A question echoed in my mind: “If tomorrow were my last day, would I regret spending today in such deep unhappiness?”
This question prompted me to start my journey of self-discovery and transformation. I realized I needed to find a path that aligned with my values.
Every challenge fueled my determination to succeed in new endeavors. By grounding myself in mindfulness practices, I navigated the turbulence with resilience and clarity. Through perseverance and strategic decisions, I not only weathered the storm but emerged stronger and more determined. This experience reinforced my belief in the transformative power of mindfulness.
Driven by this transformative experience, I am passionate about helping others discover their paths to authenticity and inner peace. I believe everyone deserves to live a life in harmony with their true self and form genuine connections with themselves and those around them.
